Many of Boeing’s UK employees are veterans or active reservists and we’re proud to be holders of a Gold Award with the Armed Forces Employer Recognition Scheme and active supporters of the Armed Forces Covenant. We actively engage in the Career Transition Partnership and encourage our staff to share their transition experience with those approaching the end of military service.

Signing the Women in Defence (WiD) Charter and the Women in Aviation and Aerospace (WiAA) Charter, are two ways we're supporting gender diversity and are ongoing commitments to providing opportunities for women to succeed.
