- Survey by Financial Times and Statista places Boeing in the top three of UK aerospace employers and in the top 50 UK companies overall
LONDON, Feb. 24, 2026 — Boeing [NYSA: BA] has been named in the top 50 of the UK’s best employers by an independent survey conducted by The Financial Times and Statista.
The UK’s Best Employers 2026 ranking is based on the result of an anonymous, independent survey of British employees working for organisations with at least 250 people in the UK.
The 500 companies with the highest total scores were named the UK’s Best Employers. In addition to being ranked among the top 50 best employers, Boeing was listed among the top three of UK aerospace and defence companies.
“We are delighted to receive this powerful endorsement of Boeing as one of the top UK employers. We are passionate about providing a safe, innovative and supportive environment in which our people thrive and deliver the very best results for customers,” said Sir Jeremy Quin, President of Boeing UK. “This recognition belongs to every one of our outstanding UK employees, who daily devote the highest levels of skill, dedication and teamwork.”
The open survey was hosted on The Financial Times’ website and conducted through several online panels to provide representative samples of the workforce in large organisations across the UK. The methodology is designed to capture candid employee sentiment via anonymous surveys, with the ranking placing emphasis on direct personal recommendation as a measure of employee engagement and satisfaction.
