The 2005/2007 UK print ad campaign was created to build awareness of Boeing and its many valuable partnerships that create wealth and generate intellectual property in the United Kingdom. As the largest overseas customer of the UK’s aerospace industry, Boeing currently has relationships with many world-renowned businesses and universities around the country.
The campaign sucessfully focussed on several of the business and organisations with which Boeing continues developing new technologies and delivering current programmes. The ads typically feature an employee from one of Boeing’s partner companies in the UK and focuses on how collaboration between the partners results in advances for the UK, Boeing, the environment and the aerospace industry.
The advertising campaign, which launched in November 2005, has appeared in a variety of UK publications, such as The Sunday Times, The Spectator, The House Magazine, The Economist, Business Voice, Prospect magazine, Desider and Westiminster and Whitehall World.
